- The fee, and all the relevant details for the event are stated during the purchase process. Please inform us urgently if there are any errors.
- A booking is only confirmed by The Gap State School P&C Association (P&C) once the purchase is complete and you have received a confirmation email.
If you wish to cancel your booking please and request a refund, please contact us immediately. The following fees will apply:
- 0% if within 2 week of the date of the event.
- 50% if within 1 week of the date of the event.
- 100% if after the event has passed.
The information you share on this booking system will not be shared or distributed outside of the P&C and will only be used for our event and membership management purposes.
