Terms and Conditions

  1. This booking is subject to the Terms and Conditions as stated here.
  2. The fee, and all the relevant details for the event are stated during the purchase process. Please inform us urgently if there are any errors.
  3. A booking is only confirmed by The Gap State School P&C Association (P&C) once the purchase is complete and you have received a confirmation email.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking please and request a refund, please contact us immediately. The following fees will apply:

  • 0% if within 2 week of the date of the event.
  • 50% if within 1 week of the date of the event.
  • 100% if after the event has passed.

Privacy Policy

The information you share on this booking system will not be shared or distributed outside of the P&C and will only be used for our event and membership management purposes.
